In my contacts/friends I have 35 (counting myself) who regularly meet or who have occasionally met in our SA group on Friday's. Only 11 have taken the latest survey at SurveyMonkey http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BNXX5H3. Looknig for max participation so I can narrow down and finalize a date to drive. Take the survey is you have not already done so. PM's have also been sent out to those who have not taken the latest survey. On the original POLL on this thread a total of 27 are at least interested, but they need to follow through.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I have now received 20 member's surveys. Based on the stats, there are 2 days that will yield the most participants of 15. I will see if I can get more input at TGI Fridays tonight.

Out of 21 respondants...76.2% are free for Sunday, March 28th.

Of those 16, 50% would like catering while 31.25% are up for anything.

well, if majority is for that Sunday, looks good for me! I say we do it (my opinion).

Also, if 31% are up for anything, I suppose that they wouldn't mind some catering (for the 50% that would like it). That'll bring us up to 81.25% that would go for catering. For those that don't want it, couldn't they bring a sack lunch? We'd just need to make sure that they know there will be enough food for "x" amount of people.
