True, how many people would have laid down the cash if they knew, or were told the parts were going to take 4+ months to deliver? Not I, I have already missed two track days and will probably miss at least two more before sway bars show up. Which puts me right in the heat of summer.

No matter how good your product may be, the experience and lack of timely info is leaving me with a sour taste. I wish I got a response or better info when I called the Detroit office(NO CALLBACKS !!! ). Chance Custom was told by xxxxx they're expecting another shipment(back in March) and my order may be in there.

What kind of response is that? Mike? Pete? Anyone?

Can you drop ship to Hawaii from Australia? Out of all the pieces in your older XA extreme street II plus, the swaybarB piece is the last one holding up the installation.
I know the sway bars has been a serious pain in the butt and not excusable.! But we have done the best we can in terms of giving everyone info as we recieve it. We have made over 50 hand made bars at a serious loss to get them done. We can, howerver, only get a certain amount of hand mades done at a time. The new plant has been slow getting up to speed. But our bars have serious advantages over all other bars out there. Look at the Sway bar info I posted some time ago.

The latest data is by the end of next month, all back orders will be filled plus we are expected to have 40 or so bar sets in stock. It has been a real pain for all, but the light is in fact at the end of the tunnel.

thanks for your patience

I just heard my sway bars are in, yeah. But wait........ the bushings and locknuts or something else didn't come in with them. So DMS wasn't lying when he said the swaybar back orders were filled. But they are not swaybars any longer, now they are just expensive paper weights. I'm not sure if you can tell but i'm totally disgusted.

We were shorted on some of the sway bar mounts. But they are in and some hae gone out yesterday, with the remainder going out today. I know this has been a royal pain for everyone!

So when my dealer said main office told him sways were shipped, this doesn't necessarily mean they shipped all parts required to install? I am on a tight schedule for the next TWO MONTHS and need to PLAN.

I hope the remainder parts are being 2-day shipped... not UPS/FEDEX Ground that will take up to 10 days in some cases to Hawaii. This story is getting old... I have a small window to install this month or I wait until end of June.

PM me your name, who you ordered them from, when you ordered them, and if you have a order number, that would be awesome. I will do the leg work for you and help.

Will that work for you?

thanks

I hate to announce this, but I just found out we did not get all the rear sway bar mounting brackets that will come with the centering clamps that we need. I will post info the moment we have info. I am really sorry guys!
