So, I bought my Camaro in late January and yesterday was the first day I've actually driven it because the weather is finally warm and sunny. I just LOVE my Camaro.

I did not "acknowledge" his flip and I just continued on and set the cruise to 60 and kept on going.

Now, I have no idea why this guy would flip me off like this. What did I do that should piss him off like this? I honestly was NOT driving like a maniac, but in a very civilized manner.

I realize this is not a profound topic, but I'm counting on you, my Camaro colleagues, to help me explain this curious behavior.

Maybe it's your plates? Just sayin'.

Some people don't like to be passed, and thats a fact. I can tell you story after story of people I have passed on a 4 lane highway and within a mile they will pass me back and then slow back down.. Those people are A-Holes...

I drove a Honda S2000 for 8 years before getting my Camaro and I can tell you that I DEFINITELY get more hate driving this car than I ever did in my little convertible. Way more people cutting me off, slowing down in front of me, pulling out in front of me when they will obviously make me get on the brakes by doing so, etc. Lots of haters out there.

I see that more often than not. Whenever somebody does something stupid they instantly transfer their embarrassment into hostility toward the other driver who didn't do anything wrong! Example: Vehicle 1 doesn't look before starting to change lanes, Vehicle 2 locks up their brakes or swerves out of the way and honks, Vehicle 1 flips them off.

Me too! I used to take a specific route to work every morning because it was 50 MPH where all other roads are 40 MPH. Logical, right? Almost every single day, the only other two cars on the road were invariably in front of me driving side-by-side and doing 30 MPH! I finally had to change routes to the "slower" roads to avoid that frustration. It's crazy - everybody wants to do 30 in the 50 but 45 in the 40!
