I've owned 3 white Fbods. Here are some poor quality pictures that I scanned of two of them.

2000 Brickyard

Another white car I used to have

i dig the white i've seen on 3rd gens and 4th gens. the white on a 5th gen would look siiiiick! IMO
i have to stick with black, though. white is too visible at night

Wow is that a E type roadster? It's beautiful! I've always loved classic Jags!

I love white. 2nd only to Silver in ability to stay looking clean also.

White (and silver) look slick, clean and modern to me. Unless it's a 'pearl' white. Then it looks dingy.

White should be brilliant bright white, not tinted in any way. (No stripes either please.)

If I'm forced to wait for my Camaro I'll get white. If I can get it early it will be silver.

Same here. Problem for me is that my lease expires in August of 09. I know for a fact I was planning on turning it in a little early by a month or two at least. From what I've seen. GM always offers an early lease pull-ahead that waives up to two payments. Which means if my last two payments are for June and July, I could probably get out of it at June at the earliest and latest when it expires on August 3rd. But I'm confused as to what the availability of white in July means.... Meaning, that production in white for the Camaro doesn't start until July 09? Or meaning that the Camaro in white won't be available in showrooms until July. Because if I can't get the Camaro in white until after my lease expires, then for sure I'll just turn it in a couple months early and get it in silver...

Whoever thinks white is hard to clean has not owned a lot of cars- White doesnt show dust or dirt like darker cars. Waiting to order my white Camaro SS/RS with orange stripes and interior.

^ Exactly. I had a white '93 Camaro and it looked cleaner a lot longer than dark colored cars. Dust does not show up on white but it's murder on my black Z28. That's why I'm not sure what color my next Camaro will be. To me, the darker colors look better because they show more reflections and have a deeper appearance than light colors. But the lighter ones are easier to keep looking clean.

And when you do want to spend some time and give a good polish/wax on a light color, it doesn't really look much different from when you started. On a black car you can tell right away where you've polished a body panel.

Im in the exact same boat!!!!!! Im stuck between Cyber Grey or Summit White and I wont decide before I see both in person. Both are kinda colors that go with anything which is why I picked them. Black was my third choice but shows scratches and swirls to easy. Some say white looks like a rental car but a new modded 2ss lowered on black wheels sounding like a beast will appear far from that!! White is a clean color and will be rare compared to others. You will see reds, and blacks, silvers all the time. I would say wait tell you can see both in person and your decision will come to you!!!!
