Well, thats EXACTLY what i was getting at, why even put the fact that your brother has a conceal-carry permit in your original post, what did that have to do with the fact that the guy parked like a idiot?
just so you know why I am asking this, I WILL explain. LOTS of people have Conceal-carry permits, I do and i wish more people had them. But a bad parking job has NOTHING to do with someone having a permit to carry a weapon, and if your brother is such a hothead that an issue like this COULD lead him to pull his weapon, then not only will he find himself being arrested one day but he also should not have the right to carry one.
I'm not trying to be a a-hole, just stating facts, the right to carry a weapon is a serious matter and has nothing to do with the original reason for this thread. Now as far as the guys park job, I agree, the guys a idiot.
