I like the looks, and was impressed with the V6 that it has. I am really impressed with the LS that I have. The general public has no idea that I have the least expensive 5th Gen Camaro , they always think that you must have paid a lot for the car. This car isn't like cars of the 60s and 70s. The base model has power windows and door locks, cruise control, air conditioning, and a stereo. I'm 52 and I remember when all those items were options.

Because there is not a GM ‘67 GTO retro like the Camaro and this is as close as I can get now and into the future…get them while you can… I had three goats new and trust me, I think this is as close as we will get to Muscle cars (we had no ABS or TC or stability track etc and we did have bias tires that went 120+) before they kill this stuff off…

I have been in love with the 69 camaro since I first rode in one back in 69 when I was 6 years old. When this bodystyle came out it for me was a homerun for GM. So I now have one

Transformers definately sold me on it, I fell in love with it the second it rolled up. Just an amazing looking machine! I love everything about this car, minus a few minor annoyances.

I originally was looking for a performance AWD car. I wanted AWD for the "just in case it snows" we get once or twice a year here in Seattle. Was looking at used Audi S4's and A6's. Good cars, but in the end, used. I am also a Chevy/Dodge person (read that as -never ever will own a Ford-).

So initially, the only AWD car that I liked was the AWD Charger, but no-one had the SRT, just the V6's. The Challenger was also interesting to me because I love the look of it...I've always wanted an old-style Cuda since my first car was a 1973 Dodge Charger SE with a 440 Magnum in it. However, when I started looking at Muscle cars, the Camaro just stuck out as better looks and performance. Add to that the bad rep that Dodge has on their electrical systems....and that swuch it to the Camaro. Also having a good friend involved in the Camaro Club here in Seattle and he bracket races his 68 Camaro....and I decided on the Camaro.

Reason for me? I'm asian, and I really dont like the typical Rice rockets. Felt like an American car was probably the best way to go. Obviously, the car itself is SEXY, Beautiful, and im sure all of you Camaro owners have had people walk up to you, asking you about your car, or commenting about your car.

The Camaro has a history, a huge fanbase, and last of all... If you have seen Supernatural (TV Show) The Camaro just reminds me of Dean's 67 Chevy Impala. A real Man's car. Which is the reason why I went with a Black 2010 Camaro. I just love Chrome and Black contrast. But there are other reasons too... everytime I sit in the car, I always have to run my hands along the whole steering wheel before I drive it. And on days I'm at home, I find myself going to my car, and soak in all of it. =D

And, the final reason, the Camaro is more Bang for your Buck!

i always wanted a zo6. a c6 wouldnt do it for me (just didnt feel right).

everytime i almost signed the contract for a z06 something happened and make me hold off.

then the camaro came out and i didnt really consider it much at first it slowly grew on me. then one day i saw it at a dealer and knew it was a good car. a few days later it was mine...

its no z06 but it has the right appeal... and i want it for years. and the c7 will be coming out in a couple of years.... so ill probably wait for the next gen z06 and get it

It must be nice to be able to just ask a parent to buy you a new car. I asked mine, and they just laughed at me. Seriously, why did I get a Camaro? Because it has that classic muscle car styling that everyone loves. I saw the first one at the International Auto Show in Miami in 2006.....that's when I decided that I had to have one.

well I was looking to buy a Altima Coupe but I could not find a low mileage used or even a standard V6 one to my liking. started looking around at other options and the only other options were your rear wheel drive Muscle cars. I come from a family that largely buys GM products and I Drove an 03 Grand Am. When I read about the Camaro's modern build and engine it peaked my interest, when my parents each suggested I get one it kind of sent me back 20 years to when I was really wanting a Camaro but insurrance cost swayed me to a Cavalier z-24. I always had that bug buried in my psyche, and all of a sudden it came back. Guess I buried it and really never let this type of vehicle be a real option when I went to buy a new car. What I found out is this new Camaro is way better than the previous generations. the fuel ecconomy is as good as my 175 HP Grand Am, the handling is just amazing. the breath taking styling and of course a price that was more than doable. Lets just say it is the best purchase I have made in years and maybe ever!! Love My Camaro!!

also growing up my dad had a 1970 Olds 442 that was totally crazy fast, and I always wanted a car similar to it. My camaro isn't as fast but that is ok, 312 HP is enough for me :o)

Loved Camaros all my life. First car was a 1971 Camaro and absolutely loved it. IMO is the baddest, sexiest, ride on the road today.

Camaro

I wanted one since last October when my sales manager showed me one. I was going to wait till I got some rebates on one then I would go buy one. Well went to my mailbox in January. My GM card topped of my bonus earning from $32 to $2009.83. I called up my sales manager the same day find me a black 2LT with auto, roof, and heated leather. Well a few weeks passed went to try to apply for a loan. Well just buying a new car two years ago and co-signing for my mom on her car loan I got rejected from 5 banks but GMAC approved me I actually consider the camaro a blessing since my chances of getting it were slim to nothing

Funny thing, GM rejected me 5 years ago but approved me three weeks ago, doesn't always make sense
