Just out of curiosity, What are you guys picking up on the G8 going to the high flow cat pipes on the stock manifolds?
10 to 12RW??? If thats the case it would almost be worth it to leave my manifolds and just do the cat pipes...We have seen some good results doing this too on other cars but we havent done any testing on a camaro..Its nice to see you guys offering this setup for the guy that doesnt wanna go too far with his camaro

Good stuff . . . .I am getting a 1900 TVS from Ed and do not want headers . . . . . .high flow cats and a solo exhaust would be a great combo . . . .I will watch this one!
Thanks DC

Update
UPDATE: We had the test Camaro back today with about 250km on it. The car is sounding better and better as the HF cats break in. There is still no CEL, and performance increases are clearly evident. It looks like these will become a reality in a couple of weeks. We will most likely have a group buy on them also...that will be up for discussion when we make our final decisions. We are super excited to offer these to the Camaro community.

Hopefully in the next 2 weeks we will have information on your inquiries. The resonated ones are going to be about 5-10% quieter, although these are not too loud to begin with. It's going to depend what you have on the car already.

Ill have the Magnaflow comp series cat-back and a Cold Air Inductions Intake so as you can see I definitely do not need the car much louder.

![]() Not that the Magnaflow is not loud but it may not be as loud as you are expecting. Then again everyone has a different perception of what is loud. I've already removed the rear cats on my car which made it ever so slightly louder....something I noticed but had you not heard the before and after you would probably never know. Not that I'm out to make mine louder but if it was a little louder I could still handle it. Steve.....the system that you are testing on now, does it have the Mach X on it or stock exhaust? Waiting anxiously for some video......
