Yea I was concerned about that also I used a whole tube of sealant on each light when putting it back together. Taking it apart was real pain in ass but I am very pleased with the outcome. I would never attempt it twice. The place where the seal is mostly protected from rain bc it is under bumper molding.

Looks sweet!! I agree, I am not a fan of the aftermarket LED looking halos. The stock tube style halo rings look much better than a bunch of LED dots. Nice job

I may give him a call, do you know where he is on this, and if he has developed anything for the fogs?

hey guys, I bought AAC dual halo kit and was not impressed so i will be sending them back or selling. I have the RS package and found that the halo is actually only one LED bulb on a round digi- key style tubing. I went to local sound shop and got a muilti color led (not rainbow but able to choose different color by the click of my remote)which i connected to my remote system of the leds that i had alread installed. bottom line is now i retained the factory RS helo syle apearance but have a whole color spectrum of colors. looks awesome. There are many more colors to because the combination of light intensity from the primary colors allow for the whole spectrum of colors. i just could not post that many pics. cost me only $40.00 for the multicolor led. I already had led remote which was $75 for my previous light installation. Now lights can accessorize any outfit lol!!!!
Attached Images
Does it work the same as the color shift halos from AAC?

Sorry guys for long delay on posting. You can contact Daneil at sound vision to order the set up for the lighting unit. You will have to split the light housing to attach new multicolor led bulb. I am not sure if he provides any insallation instructions. He installed this unit for me. Any audio shop should beable to install if not. The unit color change is controled by remote and white by factory light contols. The kit can be made for any person wanting this. Just referce about multicolor helo on yellow 2010 camaro. The phone number is 229-245-0460
