Take a search on Solo Performance cat back system ! This system is an xpipe and muffler all in one upfront. No trash cans by the axle ! (the A6 version has two small resonators) The pipe system is symmetrical and light weight giving you the performance gains you are looking for. The sound is the best IMHO. This Cat back system also sets you up for both headers and high flow cats in the future !

x2 on that, same here, the Flowmaster system sounds the most v8ish of any exhaust out there. I have a little sound clip, but not sure how to post it on here, its not a video, but mp3.

Exhaust note preference is such a personal thing. You can't ask "which is the best sounding" because we all are looking for something different. Listen to the videos that have been posted and then make your decision based on what YOU like. I went with the Solo Performance because at the time I was looking for a cat-back it was the best fit for what I was looking for, lighter, better sound than stock, removal of the trash cans, etc.

As it is with the solo performance cat-back, my intake, and my shorty headers I rock the neighborhood when I start up my car....I can't even imagine what those really loud exhausts would sound like. Some people want to be heard a mile away.....to each his own.
