yes red headlights are illegal in all 50 states. In NC some aftermarket and factory headlights are illegal as well because they are too blue.

Red halos are ONLY illegal if you run them while on a public roadway. If you in a car show and your car is parked, it's fine....but as soon as you hit the streets, cut'em off. Trust me

...you will get a citation for red or blue lights up on front. Those are no joke.

Other than that, the black SS looks pretty good. I could never fathom spending 4 or 5, for those wheels, though. I know that there's lots of people that would...and more power to them. But, I'd rather dive into the engine and toss on a blower or something. The hot cam idea sure sounds good. That, along w/ some vette long tube headers...high flow cats and the chambered exhaust....I might be at 500hp. I'd hope.
