JBA Shorties have a CARB number. Only issue is that's it's not attached to the headers - they hand you a card with the CARB numbers on it. I didn't see much, if any, gain from them. A little more growl from the exhaust, but no real HP gains...

Did you dyno your car before and after the shorties?

Sadly, this is the price we pay for the weather in the Peoples Republic of California.

There are those that take chances, hoping they never get caught, others just don't care if or when they do. The reality is, if you want the best bang for your buck, you have to be willing to cross certain lines. You know your driving habits. Are you "at risk" for being "questioned" by the police for your mods? If so, keep them by the book. Get the Maggie (or other SC with a C.A.R.B. #) and adjust accordingly. I know this guy....... He's mod'n the hell out of his CA Camaro. It's all about what you're willing to accept. He would rather get the most out of his money. I know I would too, I'm just too damn broke to afford to mod my car.

This state is choking the life (and money) out of all of us If it was just as simple as moving out, I know I'd be outta here.

Yes, however, different days, different dynos, so I can't trust the numbers. Same numbers though: 381 RWHP, something torque - don't remember...
