Yes, the Mods and Admin here have been discussing the situation with each other and I've been waiting for fieldgoal to respond to me. We have already taken some measures on our end (can't discuss what exactly) and will be making sure our member gets PAID BACK. This is not yet over.

When criminals get on the internet to commit crimes on unsuspecting people, they don't realize how easy it is for all of us to come together to work together and find out not only who they are, but to bring them to justice for their illegal activities.

There's a wealth of knowledge out there...and a wealth of people willing to help out.

Been watching this thread, gonna chime in now. It is violation of paypals terms of service to sell through the personal gift option. On both ends. It is also against them to advertise paypal as a payment service for goods and either charge for the fees or set a higher price overall due to fees.

Basically, pay the fee. It will save u in the end.

sad thing is... only a few clicks and he will have a new account with a new username.

He took me for those same headers on the 24th. I had to go out of town and was unable to keep in touch. He said they shipped and would be here in 5-6 days. Said his mom shipped them for him as he was on a business trip.

We are trying to get this resolved with him but I suspect this will be a live and learn type of deal. Its hard to understand how someone like this is able to sleep at night but if he keeps doing this I would think someday he will cross someone that will make things right for all of us.

One thing I will say, PAYPAL makes it way to easy for these guys to rip you off and if you are not intimate with Paypal, the criminals can lead you into a direction where you have absolutely no way of recovering your money from them. In my mind, that is to in part criminal as they simply wash their hands of it.

Chris Cummings will get his comings someday, karma is a bitch!!!

There are getting to be enough of us that have been takin by him we may want to look into a class action lawsuit if that is possible?
