Move! In Texas you can carry in your car without a concealed permit. Except for schools and other such gun free zones that are reserved for gun carrying crazies to shoot unarmed citizens with out the opposition of return fire……

The pistol size safes with cables also can be secured under the seat. They are available at all of the major firearm dealers. In Texas we can cary concealed if the situation demands its, however I do like the option of being able to take it off lock in a safe and know that if the car gets burglarized the guys not going to get my pistol. I would also never recomend leaving the weapon in a vehicle for any exstend period of time. There are several models from keyed entry to fingerprint identification technology all under $200
