Go back and forth a few times to make sure I'm right, 2011 then 2010.

A service adviser comes walking by and I ask him: Is it me or did they raise the passenger seat height for 2011?
He states they did, by installing a new modified seat track assembly and rear brace on the passenger side. He said there is nothing for the 2010 to correct ours.
Now I'm thinking, same car, same chassis, what is it going to take for GM to correct our 2010 passenger seats A Class Action Lawsuit???
I sure hope not. I'm tired of driving around with two Beach towels on my passenger seat to build it up for my passengers! Every time I get in the car it calls this problem to mind when I look at the seat.

your getting hammered on this because others either don't have girlfriends to sit in the passenger seat (maybe boyfriends fit better?) or they just accept "government level" engineering as part of today's $40k car.

This car is about the driver - If you wanted something for a passenger I would suggest a nice domestic 4 door. FYI my wife is 5.4 and she doesn't have an issue with it.

No, he's getting hammered on this because of the suggestion to sue GM over the height of a seat.

I was curious on this as well, was there a ruler or some measuring device involved?

Suing over something like this is just too much.
