Well, according to Nahmie, you extrapolate the 60 foot time with the Mph and divide it by the length of the car minus the diameter of the tires... and since the girl screamed, take away .0007 seconds... and there you have it.

Ok mlee so the classes are for 5th gen camaros only? Other cars automatically go to exhibition, so my G8 would fall into that? If so is there an exhibition class that is bracket racing?
On friday put me down for bracket for my v6 5th gen On sat i guess im put in the exhibition on my G8?

Anything else including some of the high end "exhibition" drag cars is just Test and Tune. No sign up required... just show up and run as there will be no Bracket Racing on Friday. Your entry fee will cover your track time and the only time you won't be able to line up and run is during vendor appreciation hour, during Class Finals and Bracket racing on Saturday or if something causes the track to shut down for cleanup etc. But there should be time between the classes to open up test and tune again for those who just can't get enough. |

So it sounds like ill just be doing test and tune time for my camaro if there isnt bracket on friday. And sat is the same too bc the g8 isnt a camaro so it doesnt fit into a class?

Correct. I don't know if you can switch which car you bring on each day but if you bring the Camaro on Saturday you can enter the bracket racing or V6 class on Saturday.

Yeah ive already asked and the fee is based on being there and not the car. I know its a camaro event and i have no problem with that, i have a 2010 camaro but my primary performance car is my g8 so i want to do the most with it, drag and autox. I just want a time with the camaro being that its a v6 and manual and ive never drag raced a manual yet so i can imagine there will be stalling in my future.
But to me it seems the system is flawed when the auto x is for anything and everything but the drag is centered around just the camaro? No bracket on friday either? And if you dont have a 5th gen camaro then your just left to the limited time of test and tunes? Dont mind mr im just venting but it just seems like everyone else could be in a bracket series thats not a camaro
