You should have stopped at the teen's cruise hangout and tell them you were planning a Civic rear engine V8 swap, and was making sure it would fit.

I would have. Definitely.

I drove to RPM today. They installed a new valve body and afterward put the Turbo 400 on the transmission dyno.

Here is the new Griner valve body and solenoid.

Here is my Turbo 400 on the dyno. I talked to the guys at RPM about how all the testing went and all I can say is

We got back to IPS at about 5 p.m. and Tom had made good progress on the engine today...

Nope. It will not fit under the stock hood.

We're going to try to leave for Florida one day early. We are going in with a couple of other racers to rent the track for Wednesday to gets some test and tune runs in.

Fingers crossed that it will be done in time...

Stopped at IPS today. Engine is in the car. The Penske struts have arrived.

I also made a run for C16 today too. We have enough to tune the car and some extra to take to the track.

We need to have the car on the dyno by Monday night. The tuner is leaving Tuesday for Florida, so we have to have it done before he leaves. It's going to be tight.

I also started getting the trailer ready to go. I bought some Mac tie down straps and got a chock for the scooter. I also put a tonneau cover for the truck so we can put some stuff in the truck too.

No I haven't posted any pictures. It looks just about like this one though.

It's a silver 24' Pace Pursuit. I bought it used, but in excellent shape. It has cabinets, is fully lined inside with white vinyl, has a complete tile floor, and is wired for a generator and has lights inside. Another customer at IPS had it for sale.

I'll take some pics next week and post them.
