Mike, I should have asked you about this before I started. I could have saved some time and aggravation. I should have known that you would know about this. You're like an information database.

It was a 1. There's like 6 retainers and 10-12 bolts.

no prob, if you have not done boith headlights yet , cook the 2nd one longer, approx 28 minutes same temp as cd,,, real trick was learning how far to work that screwdriver thru and constantly reaheating.....make sure you work palstic decent when doing...also when replacing back to gether MAKE SURE you have not touched inside lens at and left any prints ...you will not want anything inside after resealing...and it took me 6 clamps per headlight, and i left on 24hrs for 100% cure, did not want any chance of moisture or seperation...

Both are apart. I Plan on putting them back together tomorrow and installing them on Thursday. Thanks for the tip on the fingerprints.

Finally came in today! The reason why I am going "shorties" is because I'm leaning more towards sound than performance with my Camaro. By what ppl say, shorties deepen and smooth out the sound of an exhaust when combined(I want a nice sounding v6 not a loud obnoxious one lol). Also, I have the extended 5yr/72,000mile warranty on mine and wouldnt wanna have that voided due to the tune needed for longtube headers.
