Howdy guys and gals,

Well I took delivery of my 1 SS/RS camaro on the 22nd of Dec. I was able to get one night drive in and the next day I was dissapointed due to the light snow on the ground in Sierra Vista. Being from Minnesota I can drive almost anything in snow, but I wouldn't have taken a chance at all down here. (Most don't know how to handle a car in snow in AZ.)

Then on the 24 I had to do the family thing in Nebraska. So there went 6 days of just being able to talk about my car instead of driving it.

So yesterday I had my first real chance other than the night drive to take it out and do some engine load runs and just enjoy the car in the sun. IOM looks very attractive in all kinds of light.

So now that I'm getting it broken in,I'm looking forward to taking it to Tucson on a few weekend trips and possible get togeathers. I look forward to seeing you all on the highway!

I guess I should give a few more details on my car, as I noticed you have a nice list going.

IOM, 1SS/RS, LS3, South..?? not sure there, but I'm south east of Tucson itself. And call me Will

Thanks all. Everyone is jealous I got compliments from strangers already while out and about and everyone at work is trying to find an excuse for me to drive them somewhere.

It's been a trip changing from 5 to 6 speed and the extr hp is killer. And with the new clutch I have to admit I have stalled a couple times (my sister won't let me live it down).

Fun story: I fell in love with the car when I saw it in Transformers so I decided my "first song" would be "Battle Without Honor or Humanity" which is the song that plays when you first see the 2010 Camaro. When we were all finished service was closed so my car was parked just inside the bay behind the roll away door. Well it was perfect because once me and my sis were in the car and all adjusted I turned on the car, plugged in the iPod, and cued the song and it synced perfectly when they raised the metal roll up doors. Awesome experience.

Will,
I fixed your info

Cheryl,
that is very cool, it's nice to hear cool stories like that. Who would have known a car would have such a impact on people now days in the era of Prius's.

link to your song (Kill Bill Video);

You just made my day!!!

I have been thinking of the same thing, but never knew the name of the song.

By the way, I like the color combo you did on yours. Very nice and classy looking.

Cheryl, glad to see that you are enjoying the Camaro experience. Isn't it awsome that a car could evoke so many oh's and ah's, and even more awsome when you realize that you own it!
