Hi everyone!!! It has been a couple weeks since I have been on the forum and it looks like I missed alot. I have spent my time working on my thesis and I just wanted to pass along my news. I just got off the phone with the instructor defending my paper and it looks like I passed the class. Official grades come out in a few days...but I think I passed!!!! I am so excited and it was very stressful. I can start joining in all the fun car club stuff again.

I am sad that I couldn't make the last club meeting. Sounds like it was a great turnout. But of course the one meeting in my part of town...I couldn't make.

This doesn't have anything to do with GM though. It's the privately owned dealer that's the problem. Their always looking to make a buck if you'll bite. Keep buying the best product and try to forget about how the dealers are. Toyota and the others try and charge stuff they shouldn't as well.

Hey Jim (azburk)!! Thanks for letting me out onto swan coming out of the gate yesterday (my white tahoe with pretty stickers). It's such a pain trying to turn north when everyone is coming out of the gate. I swear everyone leaves at the same time everyday. It's good to know Tucson Camaro's not only has good people, but also courteous drivers!

If I remember, this may not solve the problem. The install instructions say that the relay holds the first press of the button INDEFINITELY, which means if the button is hit twice at any time in your pocket, it will still open the trunk. If it would clear the first press after a few seconds, it would be much less likely to pop the trunk.
