Welcome MSully, you should come out for the crusie in on Thursday for the Transformers movie, it would be a great way to meet some of us. Dayton isn't that far of a drive, and the weather is supposed to be good.

The movie is 9:35 with the gates opening at 8:30. I am not sure yet if we will meet somewhere first and drive in a group or have a reserved parking area and everyone just show up. I anm still trying to talk to them about that.

Installed my Pedders radius rod inserts this evening. I had heard they make a noticeable improvement when turning under braking, but I noticed a better feel immediately.
It's an easy upgrade. Now that I've done it, I can probably do both sides in under 30 minutes including clean up. I was able to replace them with the front tires on ramps - no need to remove the wheels. My subframe inserts should be here on Tuesday. I'm sure that will take a tad longer. I've felt the rear-end steer in some corners so I'm looking forward to the improvement the subframe inserts will make in cornering.

Damn it Gordy, you're costing me money. Looks like they are about $80 a set.

LOL, yep $80. This forum is costing me money!
I was really surprised how much the better the steering feels for such a little part. But when you compare the sponginess of the stock pieces to the Pedders, you start to understand. There's a guy in Dayton - I think his name on here is Synner - who is going to put in the full subframe inserts. I PMed him and told him I'd come help even if it meant just handing him tools and band-aids. I'd like to see it done before I attempt mine. I think he is going to be doing his in a couple weeks. He is also going to be doing the diff bushings, but I don't think I need those with the V6.
