I'm too relaxed heading into the weekend -- so I will take a pass on politics and business this evening; however, I'm surprised you've not joined in on some of our past discussions, BreakingBad.

I will say that I think the Volt is pretty cool for a city car. I'm seeing people get lease deals in the $250/mo range, so residuals are keeping high.

judging by the response, i guess political-type discussion was big in the pitt thread...i don't frequent the forum, kind of check in once or twice a week if that when time allows...but i'm sure if an open/respectful conversation about ongoing societal events begins i'll be sure to chime in!

on that note...

i can't wait to see what the world 'creates' in 10-20 years from now.

Movies always 'guess' and **** up, the tv shows and movies in the 50's thought that in the 80's we'd be much farther ahead then we ended up being. Moore's Law though, as an example, shows how fast we can progress (using chip technology as an example)

I'm only 26 and can say in my roughly 13-16 years of using a computer it is absolutely insane how far we've come in that short of time...at any rate, by the time I'm 40 (given we're still around) I wonder what the 'sports car' industry will look like.

LOL, the V8 is not going anywhere in the Camaro for the next Generation.

It's main competitors Mustang and from what it looks like from Chrysler, it will be the Cuda will both retain their V8 options. GM will follow suit. As all three cars will be getting lighter next generation.

It seems to always be really cold for the WoW car show,and the new car show in February :(
