I got a tent he can borrow in the meantime. They told me I could put it up in their lot while I was waiting for mine.

I am finally home. First thanks Trent for picking us up at the airport, that SS coming to pick us up looked awsome. Everything went down as planned and agreed on at Basil. I put on 670 miles in the last two days, these cars are absolutely great and much more than expected. No tickets thanks to my Escort. Here are a couple of pictures. OH by the way I have spoken to more total strangers over the last 2 days than in my whole life. I will post some better pictures on Saturday.

Hi Jim (and Peggy)! it was entirely my pleasure to pick you two up when my workday allowed it. I know exactly what you mean about talking to people after people after people about this car. Obviously you had a safe trip home, that's the most important thing and the fact that you had a lot of fun getting there didn't hurt either.

Just one question: Has your son left the car since you got home?

ps For those people who insist the RS package is no big deal or too expensive, I suggest they look at how mean Waldo looks at the airport. Nice pic

My Son was waiting outside when we came home. He helped me wash the car and then I let him drive me around for a while. Then I went and got a Deputy friend of mine where my Daughter is working this summer to inspect the car tonight (I have an 8:45 am appointment for some dark tint on Monday). There he was again. Then as I pulled into the driveway he opened the garage door and guided me in beside his Stang. I just got him out of there less than 30 minutes ago. OH I will be picking up my tag on Monday as well you will like it.

And one other thing, let the mods begin.......
