Guess I don't understand what you have stated. The way I see it is a dealer can "accept" an intent to order a 2013 MY car written on paper like I have, but not submit it until the 2013 ordering system officially opens up.

Regardless, I will check with my dealer this coming week to see if there is an update but I doubt it as he did say they wouldn't have 2013 info until April-ish (and that was back in January).

Haha let's do it man! Despite all the bs and stuff truly it's was an honor to spend it with you guys! You guys are great I truly mean that!!! (: thank you C5 for ging us the option of meeting people with the same interest... This was fun and I'm sure I'll look back on it and realize that we can laugh at some of our posts when we were stressed! Thanks again guys! (:

They had a CTF ZL1 at the Gatornationals last weekend. The GM staff advised that there was a minor issue that is keeping the delivery delayed 4-6 weeks. They also had plenty of ZL1 brochures available. If you need one, it is an easy way to get one by attending an NHRA event.

I'd hate to think how long the delay would be if there was a major issue!

Some people have said that it might be like the initial launch of the 5th gen where cars that were built later were delivered earlier than the first cars built, which would be awesome since im still at 3000, but i don't see that happening this time. Production has been halted so there arent "later" cars to ship. i think they'll fix the ones built now and start shipping them as production gets back on its way, assuming the CTF have racked up their required miles. So if it in fact 4-6 weeks, that'll truly blow! oh well
