Fantastic news! Did GM ever step up and offer to help at all or did you wind up bearing the load of everything to get it fixed?

What do you do when NOBODY in town has the right GM crank pulley installation tool? You make your own.

Just went for a 22 miles shake down. Still no AC and thus fans due to the dealer cutting the AC belt. But everything else performed flawlessly. Coolant never went over 223 sitting at a red light, moving it stated in the 190-194 range. Oil pressure held in the 3.4-4 range, and never went over 225, it held in the 215-220 range. New AC belt and alignment tomorrow.

Car is 100% back together. AC works, fans work, good oil pressure and temps. Good coolant temps, runs and drives like a champ. I had forgotten how much fun it is to drive.
