Nick i just got my TSW rotary forged Interlagos in black. putting on some bridgestone Re-11s. should look good!!! ill post pics sat. You be the judge. It will be a totally different look!

so if i was to get a helmet, what kind would i need to get? does it need to meet certain requirements??

Yes. This is the one I got. It meets all requirements for Miller, RMR and Autocross events:

It's a good entry level helmet that gets great reviews. Now this is techincally a motorcycle helmet but it will do. If you have $500 to spend go with a specific auto helmet by Simpson.

Nick if your up north just go into trackstar and grab one. They are awesome and will have a great selection.

To answer your question, Snell 2005 or newer. A 2005 will be good until 2015. RMR and most places use a 10 year rule. If you get a Snell 2010 then it is good until 2020.
