AC was on low. It just scared me a bit because it's much louder than normal, and the heat coming out of the trans.

Oh, and I almost forgot, I am noticing a big drop in throttle response lately. I'm assuming that it's due to the 90-100 degree heat combined with the stock air box and the AC on high. It's my first summer with the car, so I don't have experience with it in the heat yet.

Yeah. A/C turns my car into a different, shittier, noisier car. I prefer to leave it off and sweat!

Yeah it's been nasty hot these past couple days, defiantly not normal. It's supposed to cool off Monday.

Old habits die hard, I won't run the a/c either. My cabin already sounds like WW3. I drown it out by keeping the windows down.

I usually don't run AC, but it's just been so hot

So i'm at the shop. I've got her on jacks, and i can hear my squeak/chirp from all 4 driver's side primaries with my stethoscope. Wtf.

Passenger side is clean. That at least rules out cam bearings. I seriously doubt it's lifters now too. The header isn't touching anything. What am i missing here?
