Hmmm...I guess it still depends if "The Spot" works out. From South Bay, it should take about 35 minutes to get to "The Spot". From the spot to Stillen, it takes a good 20-25 minutes.

Here's the thing: The event starts at 10am. Does that mean that we want all of our cars to be parked before 10am...or, do we start rolling in at 10am? I'm not sure if getting 140 cars to park will take 5 minutes...But maybe I'm thinking about it too much.

"G" gave a great idea though: We'll have to assign some "lead" cars. Each lead car will be responsible for 20-25 cars, so if we get stuck because of lights, no need to worry. We'll all get there.

I'll discuss with "G" what time we want to start the Ultimate Roll-Out to Stillen. This should give us a better indication on what time we should all meet.

Got it. Let's wait for the okay and then we'll decide on roll out times. But just in case, how much "buffer" time do we want to have at Stillen?

ummm...beats me. if we left here at 8.15am, we'd arrive at "the spot" (provided it works out) at like 8.45am. we leave "the spot" at 9am, we arrive at stillen around 9.30am. i think that's a good buffer time.

we'll try to leave the BofA at 8am though just to give us a bit extra buffer time.

so let's meet up at the BofA anytime from 7.30am to 7.50am and we'll leave at 8am. sound good south bay peeps?
