I'd rather engineers spend money on making the car perform better than it look too much different than LS/LT/SS models. I'd like to see some changes to the hood, front and rear facias, and rocker moldings, but if it takes too much away from going faster, I could care less what non-Camaro enthusiasts see, because they can all watch my taillights and smell my exhaust.

Enough with the arguing and stay on topic - there are many more threads in this Section for that.

The only big thing I hope is they don't slap on the wing from T3. that will be the first thing to go once I buy the car.
That thing is RICE, OMG. I hope they keep the spoiler clean and tasteful, like on Z06s and ZR1s - PLEASE

i hope they come out with the Dovetail spoiler as standard on the Z28.. It is much better than the wing....or at least give you several choices of spoilers...

I didn't think I was arguing. If so ,sorry. I guess I've been so excited about this car for so long ,and I had a very specific idea of what it was going to be that this spy photo was sort of a let down from what I perceived it was going to be. I would really like it much better if they used the hood from the transformer car. I guess that's my biggest let down. I'm sure it will still be a great car. I'll have to see one in the flesh to make my final opinion.

I'm pretty sure that comment went to me and the syr74 guy.

you and me both had/have a specific idea what we want and guaranteed that it isn't the same thing. but over all I trust they will do it right.

and just because the hood from the Transformer car isn't on there now doesn't mean it won't end up on the car in the end.

As I've stated previously, this is the test mule, so I wouldn't put too much stock into what it looks like. I'm sure the finished product will be different than what we see in the pics.

I'm a simple man when it comes to expressing myself in words. not very delicate at explaining a point sometimes. but it's cool that we have this many pages on a Z28 thread. especially since it's only a few days old.

Thats what I have been saying every time one of these threads come along everything from the first Camaros that we saw pictures of to the convertibles we saw pictures of to all the rumors about what the 2011 Camaros were going to be to all the Z28 threads. But realize this, there is so much passion about the Camaro and everyone wants it to be exactly like they think it should be. but the reality of the situation is, it is and never will be the perfect car for everyone. there will always be some that love everything about it, some that will hate everything about it and some that will be in the middle...

Me, I am glad we all have a choice to even buy a Camaro, and soon we will have even more choices.. with the Convertible and the Z28 on the Horizon, maybe, just maybe we can enjoy our cars and not get into a frenzy every time someone wants to put their 2 cents into what they think GM did wrong... Can we focus for once on what they did right?.

I wasn't directing my statement at you, just like 'mokey posted

You still stink - and are partially correct

You have no idea how many times it takes me to actually post a thought for the exact reasons you just posted. Even then, my statements are questionable; just ask me about posts before becoming a Mod'
