That's a good idea. I don't know what capabilities one has that the other doesn't but I imagine LMR will do a good job. I'm going ipf since I have a dealer here unless LMR gets huge gains

well we will see! I get paid thursday night so maybe i can setup a appointment for friday afternoon to do it. I just like the ability that if something is wrong, i got LMR less than 20 miles away to fix it rather than IPF being far away and not allowing datalogging and etc. I just will say its a LMR tune if people ask haha. Maybe you can get the other and drag against each other to see whose is best :p

I'm definitely down. If you're full bolt on I'll race you. I'm not going much past full bolt ons. I'll be buying another car for drag duty

I have a few cars in mind already definitely not a 5th gen though lol too heavy. My v6 is being converted to an auto cross / road course car while still being a daily driver since that's all about driver skill there. |

mmmm. idk, i know all these mods affected the throttle lag. problem is i feel maybe the vararam doesnt work for it. i feel maybe the ported tb is for the original style CAIs. They port it to create a spiral in the air to increase velocity right? so with the vararam coming striaght in, wouldnt it do nothing kinda of?

Hmm, that's not bad. Idk if I'd want a tb that's already proven though

yeah, but i kinda feel its not really any better than a typical stlyed air intake that has been used for ever. its not really a true straight air cause the air has to bend two different ways before entering the intake where it has to go down cause doesnt air have to hit the scoop, go up, then go down where the vacuum from the intake is ?
idk it might be late night writing/thinking but ya
