Wow, finally got a camarotracking email update for my status that updated this morning. Hopefully the bugs have been worked out, coincidentally, now that most of us are already past that phase. :P

So I just got an email from CamaroTracking and it was updated to say "Shipped by Railroad" !!

How do I get the Rail Car Number?? Do I have to wait until it shows up there?

Last update is the train left Louisville at 2am this morning for destination of Atlanta. Should offload my car there and be on a truck to the dealer. But based on how thing work will probaby sit till Monday in the Atlanta rail yard waiting to be trucked to the dealer

The rail car number should be listed there on the updated info. See my sig.

Btw, my car arrived in Port Robinson, Canada this morning at 6:40 am and departed there at 7:28. Wonder what the next stop will be? Somewhere in NY I guess. Wonder why they make so many stops?

WOW ... They must have split the cars up, mine didn't leave until 4:20 and is headed for Tenn ..... Atlanta would have been a better route, only takes 8 Hrs from here drive time ......

BTW.... Nothing personal, but I have always hated driving through Georgia ..... Seems to take forever, it's one big azz State .... LOL....

I wonder why they make so many stops? Mine departed Liverpool (near Oshawa) yesterday morning at 8:39 am, stopped in Toronto, Port Robinson (this morning), and now Fort Erie. It hasn't even gotten out of Canada yet! It's been 24 hrs and 3 stops.

Im not sure, but I think the way the trains are tracked, it signals the company when it goes through a certain city. So if it passed through, say...Matteson IL, the computer says "arrived Matteson IL at 0730". That doesn't mean it stopped there, thats just when it send a tracking ping.

EDIT:Champaign IL as of 0130!
