Well I just got the call from work, leaving in the morning to go back out for a week or so. Hopefully this will help the next 30 days go by a hell of a lot quicker than the last 15 days have!!!!!!

My old Pistons are just fine, the Lil scars can be published out and are just fine. So I'm probably gonna sell them for 2/300 bucks. I'm also gonna do some engine bay mods and making it all look purty. We shall see.
Nice. Sounds like you're getting closer at least. Engine bay mods are a nice break from the ultra-expensive other stuff. A little manual labor can go a long ways.

Yea, that is sick. Too bad some of the Z/28 Fanboys in that section are already saying it's a disappointment, and it should have been way more than "3" seconds faster than the ZL1.

So guys I need advice/opinions. I'm getting ready to do the last few power mods to my 1LE for stage 1 of power mods before I get a tune and then move to aero and suspension. So far I have done a few basic things. ADM race intake with scoop and a Vmax ported TB. I'm going to do some LT's in November and I was thinking about getting an Underdrive balancer then have it tuned.

So my question is what else can I do that is simple without breaking the seal to get some more power?

I plan on doing heads and cam maybe an intake with a new tune late next year.

Thanks for any advice/info you guys have for me.

^^ Yep. You'll be pretty much done with bolt on power after the headers. Time to crack the seal. I haven't been paying much attention to the ported intake manifold threads, but you might be able to pick up a couple there too.

Cool I was on the right track then. I'm not sure about the electric water pump though. It already has electric power steering from the factory.

Are there any charging issues or A/C issues with the UDP? I'll have to research them...

I'm not too sure they realize how much faster it it than the ZL1. On one of the threads that posted the video they posted a video of the two going at the same time and you can just see the Z/28 running away after 1 minute then at one point it's almost 10 seconds ahead of the ZL1. Until the rain and then he's fighting to keep the car straight at those speeds. I was very impressed with the time.

Lethal Racing ported Intake Manifold might net you 5-7 rwhp. I'm sending my spare one off to them once I receive it.

Yea, I really want to see if they run it on the Ring again in completely dry weather. I think it may have atleast another half second to .4 of a second in it. Who knows, maybe more. But regardless, it's a ridiculously built machine that is pretty awesome and lives up to the hype/name.

Zeke even though it isn't built for the 1320, with the suspension, light weight wheels, lighter chassis, and that much torque on an N/A setup, how fast do you think it can run on a D/R?

It's gonna be hard on the 1320, bad news is it won't have the ZL1's Rearend. Just a V8 Rearend, not sure about what gears GM will be using. So with an Ls7 shits gonna break lol. Don't see why an ~11.9 won't be impossible.
