May I suggest hiring an atty for $200.

Ask him to:

1. Ask for a postponement date 6-9 mos out
2. On new date, file motion for a jury trial and new date (up to 18 mos out)
3. Prior to jury trial ask for DISCOVERY Evidence.

You see, by the time 2 yrs goes by, the cop has quit, been relocated, or the evidence has been lost and your case is dropped. It has worked for my family twice. $200 bucks and all the Atty has to do is file a few papers every so often that he/she is used to doing anyway. No big deal.

What do you have to lose besides higher insurance rates, points, etc etc.. This way you get none of those. Again, it has worked twice. Might be good if you can find an atty who used to be a prosecutor in same county. They like yanking the chains of county atty's.

This sounds like free gold.

In Jersey all moving violations have points. Points when placed against your driving record allow insurance companies to raise your car insurance, it's called a surcharge. It's quite a racket here. I am retired from The Job like Jedi, if you need any advice PM me and I will do my best to give you any advice or assistance I could in this or any other matter.

So, OldScool, what does your tag line "YA HEARD" mean?

I would assume that GM heard our cries to built the most excellent production Camaro ever dreamed of - if I was one to assume.

I'm not.

Edit: By the way, a little help from my friends...

A few days to a week ago I saw a post on how dealers look up how many ZL1s are allocated to them. Anyone remember that post and which thread that is in? If not maybe someone can just tell me how that happens?

My dealer says he doesn't know how many he is getting. I suspect but I want to tell him how to find out.

Having worked with all socio-economic levels and people from across the entire spectrum of humanity, one from my field became accustomed to using jargon more suited to the street. Ya heard is "you know what I mean?" Playing fields rise and fall and you gotta play at any level, so, it' ain't all about the big words, until it's time to put it on paper. The pen is mightier than the sword, and that's how it's really done in the trenches...sooooo, I try to be "with it" as they used to say. <you may think I am outta of it...LOL> I appologize for my clowning, joking and extreme sarcasim but that is what kept us sane<to a degree...LOL> in our daily duties. Enough about that stuff....., now, it's a production Camaro...that's true, AND it will be the biggest baddest T-Rex arse kicking mo-fo Camaro for the ages , yes......, they hear, and they are continuing to put out some cool rides, look at SEMA, and the future....we haven't seen the master plan, nor will we, until they wan't us to see it. I am frustrated like you and wan't this ride very badly. I have walked the information mine field, done the dance, and been polite and patient and then some for a year. And after being a number 1 like you I am still not sure I am. But KEEP THE FAITH and hang in there. About allocations, I have tried to get that answer and see that sheet or be told how that exactly operates and verify it. I try get the answers. I follow up questions to clarify the answers, but all I get are more questions leading from my questions. The proverbial dog chasing his tail. I lost sleep like you, have been frustrated and agitated. I'm pretty much over that now. It is what it is, If I get it...great. If not, I move on and get a new target acquisition. Don't ever get target fixation.

We buy tickets for movies.
We buy tickets for sporting events.
We buy tickets for broadway shows.

Sometimes we buy speeding tickets, even when we don't want them.

Chevrolet Cruze Dusk Concept

Two SEMA shows ago, Chevy brought along the Camaro Dusk concept, a subtly modified coupe painted Berlin Blue. The same treatment has been applied to this Cruze, which wears custom silver 19-inch wheels, a prototype body kit, and satin-metal trim in place of shiny chrome. The brakes have been upgraded to four-piston front and two-piston rear Brembos, a Borla exhaust peeks out from below a new rear fascia, and the suspension is lowered with a kit from Pedders. Peanut-butter-colored leather (GM calls the hue Mojave) classes up the interior, and the whole car has a sophisticated and slightly menacing feel to it. “Dusk” is apparently popular at Chevy, as there’s also a Sonic Dusk headed to SEMA this year.

The Camaro was hands down a BMW with a Bow Tie. Refined, reserved and gorgeous. I loved it.

I want that interior and that rear diffuser so damn bad...
