so...I'm pondering an experiment...I'm watching for a set of used 1 7/8 headers, catless. If you know of any that come up let me know. I'm going to header wrap them since my blower sits right above them. If they don't make more than 10-15whp I will have the right to post up all over creation that I was right! I will be the first that pony'd up an apples to apples test. I plan to call a couple vendors and see if they would be up for it, of course. Once I get ready I'll have rhino79 dyno and tune and I will post. May be December or January...but just so you guys know, I'm a bit curious...guess the hype is getting to me. I'm going to the track as is first though. Just cause.
The magnaflow X started coming apart at the seams on the last couple of 'romps'. It's been tacked back together twice now so I may be doing some exhaust work. I will probably tack it up until after the header experiment.

Can you run LT's with turbos or are you talking about running shorties?

You can but it would have to be a custom setup, turbos mounted somewhere behind the collectors..... Like an STS Twin?

It can be done.....just uncommon.

If you think about it, the intake manifold is pressurized in a supercharged application. The LTs are certainly not going to help you scavenge. I dunno what you'll get for torque, but I wouldn't expect much as far as HP. Still worth the sound though!
