Did you check that it wasn't just a bad sender or loose wire. I had one get hit when installing an engine and it made it fail. Those oil pumps are pretty tough and don't usually go out. Also I have had a pickup tube come off and cause it to suck air/lose pressure before. If it was just a few seconds the chances of it hurting anything are slim.

Yeah i checked the sensor swapped with another with same results.....ive read alot of ls3s and l99s have a faulty oil pump where the relieve valves stick open...causing oil to bypass and build 0 pressure

I ordered a melling oil pump from lingenfelter....ill check pickup tube see if there is anything wrong with it thanks Bill for the suggestions ill keep yall posted shouldnt be too bad i hope

No problem, I am running a melling in my 95, definetly no issue's with pressure. With your chain setup will there be grinding to make it fit?

Oh btw once the weather gets better I will offer up my place for a meeting/car wash/work thing. Get the cars in the air and check everything out. We used to do that in my old club in Arkansas.

No sir no grinding needed....timing chain come with spacers to push the oil pump out towards the front of the engine just enough to clear the chain but not far enough to hit the cover..........oh and your bunk bed setup is quite nice and to check out the undercarriage is awesome looks like i need to start cleaning underneath

Gonna have to take my baby in for service :( Driver-side window rolls down with a loud THUNK at the end. Sounds like it's not stopping where it should, and slamming into the bottom of whatever bracket or compartment it sits into within the door.

Tail lights are shipped should have them next week. If the weather holds out I should have them in by the next meet.

Thanks! I have the 1LE Splitter and a convertible spoiler waiting for me to install. The ZL1 rockers and diffuser are on the way! Might even do a black wrap on the hood. I'm gonna paint the convertible spoiler satin black before I install it. Just need to figure out what wheels I want to go with and if I'm going to drop it an inch. I'm very impatient when I start to mod a car. LOL! I installed the Heritage grille and SS emblems less than 24hrs after picking the car up. One of these days I'll keep a car long enough to supercharge it! This might be the one!?!? How do you like your intake?
