GooooooOOOOOOoood morning everyone! I am excited to tell everyone, now that everything is a go, to save the date of Saturday, June 28th as Allen Theaters and Mesilla Valley Mall are proud to once again host the Transformers 4 Camaro5 weekend movie premier event!

Allen Theaters and Mesilla Valley Mall will allow us to once again park our 5th Gens in the round about drop-off area at their Cineport 10 theater location. We We will plan to have our Camaros parked and set-up at around 11:30AM and then walk on over to have lunch at De La Vega's Pecan Grill just on the opposite end of the property at noon.

Lunch should take no longer than 2 hours at the most and and we will walk back to Cineport 10 for the movie. We will look into what time showing that we will want to see that will both be equally beneficial for us and as well as for Allen Theaters so preferably we will be taking a 4PM showing thus allowing folks coming in for the 6PM screening to view the cars which is Allen Theaters peak time for their movie screenings.

Right afterwards once we are out of the movie, we will be driving down to Caliche's for our usual desert on Roadrunner and enjoy the remainder of the night.

Allen Theaters have mentioned that they will graciously provide FREE admittance to the Transformers 4 screening that we choose, however, the free passes will only be available to those that come in at the time scheduled when we park and set up the cars. There will be no passes granted to those that cannot make it until like 3 or 4PM just in time for the movie and then leave. We will be keeping tabs as well as Allen Theaters on those that are participating in the entire event.

Allen Theaters also mentioned about doing another screening for an earlier midnight release showing at their Telshor 12 location on Tuesday night. So if anyone would like to be a part of that as well, please PM me so that way we can get a list set up for that and determine a time schedule as well.

There is one thing that we in need to look for. We are needing to find an exact mockup of Bumblebee, most preferably one of the 2 Transformers Edition Camaro series with the Autobots badge on the side fenders and Transformers rally stripes to park inside of the lobby for Cineport 10. So if you know of somebody with one please send them our way and they will get the same benefits for the screenings.

More info will be available once it comes up and also to everyone that is participating in the Kiwanis Kars for Kids Car Show next Saturday, please PM me your email and phone number if you haven't so already so I can send you an email with the registration form for the show.

For those that were interested in this, I sent an email this morning to the track operator to get more info on pricing with the required insurance for more than 5 vehicles. I will post up that info when I get a reply.
Also, there is an open track day on the 28th. I know, same day as the movie. I dont know which one I want to do more yet. Last year when I went it was 55 for half day and 80 for all day. I have gone on the PCA website and they charge 350 for their events there if I remember correctly. I dont know if that is at cost for track rental or added costs for their club.
