Rumor control is all wrong. Can you even believe that Chevrolet would make a FWD Camaro?? After the success they've had with the 2010. They are trying to build cars that people want and a FWD Camaro wouldn't get very far.

Dead on. Look at what Ford is doing with the SHO. Is it cutting edge technology and pretty good horsepower for a 6 banger? Sure, but it will never be mistaken for the ground pounder the current Camero and other rear wheel drive cars are. GM may stand for Government Motors right now but I don't think they have, quite yet, put the inmates in charge of the asylum.

Dyno results: 453 rear wheel torque, 447 rear wheel horse power @ 67 degrees F, 75% humidity @ sea level.
