im gonna keep my v6 and try to keep it nice so that i can get a used 5.0 that is 2 yrs old and hopefully be around 20,000 bucks at that point......trade in my 07 v6 for say.......3 or 4k? and have a down payment of like 2k.

so hopefully i would finance 15k for a 2 year old 5.0 with about 20k miles on it!! that would be so sweet

if ecoboost had 350 plus i might even settle for that with nice options on the car and finance even less money. thatd be sweet as well.

This is gonna be a great engine. I don't think the car will gain more than 50lbs. all said and done with a new drivetrain/brakes.

355 hp in that Mercury LTZ or whatever.

Sounds like good engines. (both the 5.0 and the ecoboost).

That would be something.

If this car stays around 3500lbs, with 400/400, thats about the same as the GTO...
