I have also decided to tune it on 91 Octane. Ryan V. said that if I tune it with 93 then I need to continue putting 93 in because if I fill up on 91 the engine could detonate. However, if I tune with 91, I can still fill up with 93 and be okay. Since 91 is much easier to find around here I have decided to go with the 91.

If this show is the usual one at Kinnick, it was a good time in the past .
They charge for the pictures with the cheerleaders when I was there.
watch for lazy people who sit on your car cause they tired from pushing their baby stroller around (Happened twice to me).

Id go, but have other commitments that day.

That looks like a decent course. I heard its a little narrow. They dont put ant cones on it also to maneuver around correct?
If you 270 (loose it) are there any dropouts to catch a rim or chassis brace?

Spending my Independence day at the track (of course).
Weather looks to be nice and on cool side-decent air.
I'll be running Testntune from 6-10p Friday night.

Ill be focused as usual for various tune tests, but can help if anyone wants to come out for some passes.

I go to various tracks and have them on my calendar for the year.

This is a charity fundraiser show for the Children's Hospital. Any items bought, and yup...the cost of the picture of cheerleaders buffing the wax on your fender all support this. (last year I donated a $1000 glass door wine/beverage refrig for a silent auction. ....will do something similar again this year)

FYI the guy in charge is an avid Hawkeye Fan and a big time car buff! (he has the car toy bldg we could all hope to have) He also being past pres of the IC Hawk club, and other Hawkeye related programs, this show will continue as long as he continues it.

Otherwise, these events on UI property (particular Kinnick) would not be allowed.

Support the Childern's Hospital and Enjoy the location event while we can!

Howdy all, I am heading to Des Moines this week and was wondering if there are any weekly gatherings around there. I see that there may be a Wednesday Bennigan's gathering. I will only be there Monday night (Tonight) through Wednesday night. And I am driving my car down. The most important question, where is a good car wash, I am not bringing my cleaning supplies.

I believe Paul said this thursday in DSM is Gathering on the Grounds at the state fairgrounds.

There is a large group of Mustangs (Brian and others) going over to Iowa City and so far I'm the only Camaro from DM, I know of, going over with them, hopefully Paul will be joining us.
