Cooled seats are nice, but after 5 minutes you don't notice it, but it wouldn't be a deal killer for me. Easy entry and exit is nice if you have bum knees, it was the first thing I noticed when testing a 1LE. The blind side and rear collision I guess depends on your driving. As for me my head turns and I use my mirrors as often as I look out the front, so again it's not a deal maker. If you have an SO that complains of being cold then the dual AC controls are nice and they just look better. Leather is a must for me, it's an appearance thing. I grew up with vinyl seats so cloth is kind of a step back. The reverse tilt mirrors are nice if you back into parking spots a lot. The dress-up items do look good and once you have them you really won't want to step back to a 1SS |

Of course the cloth back then usually had a pattern like a fancy sofa and typically was upscale material. Cloth today is just cloth. |

I'd have preferred the extra material on the doors, the upper and around the lower. I have added the knee and door pads from the 2ss and that does make it look a bit better.
The extra lighting looks neat too. I wish we could have added just pieces of the 2ss. |

FYI, it looks like you can get a 2SS 1LE with a sunroof. I have an order in for one now. We'll see if GM kicks it back.

Am I missing something or they took away the 1LE option when trying to build a 2SS? I keep checking on the American website so that when pricing does appear, it will likely appear as well on Canadian website shortly after...

Of course, the Head-Up Display and summer-only tires are also included with the 1SS when you add the 1LE option. Not only does the 2SS have the above additional features, but it also allows ticking off a few other options that the 1SS does not allow: - Navigation - Adrenaline Red/Ceramic White accent package

[QUOTE=wjones14;9930501]This is the list of 2SS additional equipment from the Chevrolet.com site:
ok so, $6500 increase for extra for these items? on top of 2ss base. Not sure how I see any value here. Some interior lighting, some extra speakers, climate control for the passenger, wireless charger for cellular. Am I missing anything else? |

The 2ss doesn't make any sense to me. Add weight to a "track car" . If i want amenities i would just buy a Cadillac cts-v.
