So does this mean you have to drill your rear quarter panels?

I'm assuming it comes with a template...

A word of caution to anybody that does this themselves....

DO NOT PULL THE RED COVER STRIP OFF OF THE ADHESIVE TAPE UNTIL YOU ARE POSITIVE, 100% THAT THE TRUNK WILL CLOSE WITH OUT HITTING THE CORNER PIECES, AND THAT ALL 3 PIECES LINE UP.
bolt everything down, and then close the trunk with the pieces in place.. if it lines up. loosen the pieces a little, and THEN pull the red strips off the adhesive strips..

This will save you from ONE BIG head ache...

Very simple setup, but one should use caution, and not get to ahead of themselves..
Luckily I checked the alignment before pulling the strips out, if I hadn't the trunk would not have been able to close without hitting the side pieces.

I know my car is filthy. It's been windy here and I just haven't had time to wash it in a while. I really want to show how spot on you can get this spoiler to fit perfectly, being that most of what I've seen so far has some minuscule error with lining the edges up. I also took a picture of what to expect for the side pieces and how they're attached because that was information I wanted to know before purchasing, and I couldn't find it anywhere.

1.) Simple instructions

2.) Perfectly flush

3.) Spoiler sides and holes drilled

The worst part for me was the upper bolt on the side pieces, other than that it's pretty straight forward. The connection for the brake light is located on the upper passenger side behind the seat behind the plastic lining right next to the seat belt. I spent about 10 minutes looking for it.

My only advice is take your time. I spent 3 hours doing it and am EXTREMELY PLEASED with myself!

-On a side note, I really need some vinyl tint for that brake light. It looks good, but sticks out compared to what my tails look like. If anyone has a good recommendation of where I could get a sheet, please PM me!

Could someone doing an install with this spoiler show a photo of the spoiler without the side pieces installed?
