Congratulations Blur! Just think that was just the first of the expensive dinners that you will have to take her to over the years. I think you should have a full-on Camaro5 wedding. BTW, I like vanilla cake. Seriously, best of luck to you two.

I do like the idea of having a Camaro5 section of the wedding. It won't be expensive enough already.

That meal cost me $180. Those private booths are nice. I got a bottle of California champaign, 2 glasses, and a future with the girl I want.

Wrong!! Dinning out is a regular thing here, not usually an expensive place but we go out often.

We go out to nice places rarely, but I like taking her to places like Red Lobster and the like just. It's good to get her a few nice things here and there. Any decent girl rewards the effort.

You're on the right track my friend.... Don't change that attitude and you'll have a long and happy marriage. The rewards are awesome! I even get a Camaro!

We have come to the conclusion that the date will be during March. I will be paying for the wedding. Because of this, she will be saving up to help me get a Camaro. She tried to negotiate that I get a V6, which is a very real possibility, but I argued that I will only get the V6 if she also invests in a twin turbo kit to match or beat V8 performance. She then said that she would only buy one turbo, so I added that I would work to get her a new car within a couple of years of my Camaro SS. With an additional salary committed to the Camaro, there are better odds of me getting a V8 or a high-performance V6. They are both equally viable performance options, so the decision is pretty tough. You can discuss this in the Backup Plans thread.

Additionally, I think I've decided on my wedding ring. With the Camaro weighing more than the Mustang, every bit of weight reduction should be considered, so that is reflected in a partially carbon fiber wedding ring.
