I'd be happy if the could hit 3,500 lbs. I'd love 3,000 but thats not gonna happen.

I honestly don't think we are going to hit 3,500 lbs, but hopefully I will be in for a nice suprise...this way atleast I won't be let down...

My guess is below 3700, and that would be significantly undercutting the Challenger.

I'd be quite pleased if we get between 3500 and 3700. My car, now, weighs 3625 without me and it runs okay. Keeping it around there, with more power, and that'll be just fine to me. With the potential to make more power, pretty easily, I have absolutely no complaints.

Nowadays 3500-3600 is par for the course especially if you're talking about a powerful V6 or V8. People keep complaining about how cars are getting heavier and heavier and bloated. Thats true but power has obviousy increased by tons (look at how 300hp seems like nothing these days) and suspension has gotten much better so overall the cars weight is being moved around much better.

I don't mind carrying a little more weight as long as it pays back in better handling, interior, performance, and quality. My car weighs 3625 without me in it and I certainly don't think of it as high a quality as is out there right now.
