well since it seems that everyone's forgot about losing weight Ill post an update...

Im down from 280lbs to 268lbs. Im on the Power Rep Range Shock workout system. due to my disablilty I cant lift freeweights, but on the incline machine Im lifting 300lbs in sets on 10.

Lose enough weight and you can get that extra .000001 in the quarter mile.

Actually, they say a hundred pounds is worth a tenth. So if you're like me, and trying to lose about 50 punds, thats .05 seconds in the quarter! Could be the difference between 13's and 12's!

i was at 228 2 weeks ago im at about 218.7 right now
my goal is 180 by i need to be down to 20o by april

I've missed 3 consecutive weigh-ins because of traveling and now moving. Next week I see how I'm doing but I have not been keeping to routine due to life being haywire. Oops.

I have fallen into complacency with my weight for the time being do to multiple tests. Hopefully, I will get back into it over spring break.

I need reprimanding to get back into it lol.

I haven't weighted myself yet. Spring break is in two weeks so I'll see then. I think I've definately lost a couple of pounds.
