i think #1 would be best for an all-around pair you could wear with about anything & be comfortable, with #2 being second. #3 looks like you work for a guy who wears a leopard print suit & call him "Daddy". #4 looks good, but would be more of a dressy pair. whichever ones you get will look amazing because it's what's in the boots that really counts!
