I think what would really help people is to have the show schedule thread updated to include what camaro's will be at what shows and whether there will be touchable camaro's at which show. That way you can make an informed decision about whether you want to make a long drive to just view a particular camaro or if what you really want is to touch/sit in one. That is really the frustration I'm hearing with people. I've been to two shows over the last couple of years that heavily advertised the camaro. Took the time to drive there, paid my money to get in only to find out the vehicle didn't make it to the show. Talk about a let down.

I've even considered flying to a show to be able to touch/sit in one of the dreams. But how do I know which show to go to where I can do that. Especially with overlapping show dates (Minneapolis vs. New Orleans)? So info info would greatly help

But right now we're launching a car -- and I'm also overseeing Chevy/Cadillac/Hummer/Saab in the 66 major autoshows we cover............

So unless someone clones me, that's prolly not gonna happen..........the schedules change daily -- plus we're tracking hundreds of pre-production Camaros/ZR1s/CTSSport Wagons/2010Equinox/2010 SRX/LaCrosse........etc.....

I volunteer Scott. If there is anything I can do to help you or GM software or IT wise it is done. Do you need a program written to help you keep track of any and all of this, get in touch with me via PM and we can start some type of requirements elicitation and I will build what ever you need in my spare time!

Other than that, if you want some one to take under your wing and show the ropes I would be up for that to!

By 2012 you'll only have Chevy and Cadillac to be responsible for, so that should free up alot of your time when the Z/28 is released

BTW, I do not mean anything negative by that, just hoping you will still be around and wearing a GM ID badge for the Z/28 release (of which I do remain optimistic despite the GM financial report to congress).

Not to rub it in,but the IOM Camaro with white stripes was plenty open here in Montreal last month..the seats already looked like they had 200000 miles on it..I like the int,no ABL and was an SS,has a dip, a la 4th gen vette (kinda) getting in..but my true love is the 3rd gen int,this sorta wants to be 68/69,but I am fussy.

In Baltimore they only had the pre pod red and you could not sit in it. I was a little peeved because I was sure they could have had on production car to show everyone who has pre ordered or who wanted to. Oh Well at least I got to drool from afar.
