Can't believe I missed this thread.. I'm very interested in this as well and I wouldn't mind testing this out. As you can see in my sig I have several mods to the exhaust system. So if this tune gets worked out I'll get it from Vince and take some videos so you can see how it sounds with a totally aftermarket exhaust set up.

Me thinks this is bad for the engine!

But it sounds great.

Here is a video of the 5.0 with cam tune idle and then off idle. For this application...it sounds great!

Vince thinks otherwise.

Yeah, Vince emailed me back today actually. And we are just talking about it. Due to recent family issues, he is taking a bit of time.

He says he'll have the tune in a couple of days. I'm not going to push him for it. But will let you guys know when I get it. =)

...and since you already have the Corsa, you are a good candidate to pair up with a nice sounding aftermarket exhaust.

just my .02, but I doubt the idle was just raised to 1k. I've never heard any vehicle no matter what engine it had in it..cammed or not cammed, sound less smooth (with more cam-like "lope") sound at 1 thousand rpm versus the regular idle at 6 or 700 rpm.

Again, just my thoughts.

+1 Yep, lope sound does not come from increased RPM at idle. lol.
