Why not 4" plus 0.060 overbore and 3.625 stroke which is 3-5/8"???

OK I read everything but was wondering would it still be 376 if you removed a cylinder and replaced it with a reflux capacitor? Sorry I had to.....After the 2d-3d page I got dumber.
