My dealer had an allocation of 9, I am priority #1, but I still think those that ordered theirs in the early months should have their before those that ordered 2 weeks ago...

99% of the time that will happen. There are some cases where dealers didn't participate in preorders or what not where someone may have lucked out and found a dealer where they could be #1. But remember, we aren't GM's customers... dealers are. They have to fairly distribute cars to their customers.
