Love the car. It's the little things like taking the ZL1 logo off the shift knob that tic me off. Really GM, is it that expensive? I thought about ordering an automatic but the trim around the shift knob just looks cheap.

Maybe the zl1 logo on the shift knob is exclusive to the suede package? The shifter in the photo does not have the suede. Just a thought.

I luv the hood and wheels... You think they would look good on my2011 1SS, mine is Black with white stripes....

I can't afford one either... I think I will wait until all the Hype over the ZL1 dies down a bit and see if they are willing to wage a better offer when I do go looking to purchase one..

The AGM vert has the suede package and has the same shifter without the logo. I noticed the change a while back. The shifter and the shape of the silver trim on the steering wheel changed from the original show car.

Either of the rim options would look awesome on any camaro, I hope to be able to get a set eventually.

I believe a lot of SS owners will be swapping parts with ZL1 parts.

Just a thought.. I was driving on a short trip tonight. Thought I'd get a couple chicken drumsticks.. (easier to eat while driving)..... Yeah, I was hungry! But, I got a little grease on the leather steering wheel, did not worry cuz I knew I could wipe it easy. And started wondering what would happen with the suede... and kind of made up my mind. (OK OK,,, tell me Col Sanders is not supposed to eat like that while driving)..

But still....... it could have been french fry grease....

I am sorry, but I was really looking forward to this shifter knob. I think it adds a lot of class to the interior.
