If you take up more than one spot, you are asking to get keyed. Best advice is to park far out next to a curb, island, etc. Failing this, try to park next to people that obviously care about their car.

I know people who purposedly have parked insanely close to the driver door of a car parked in two spots, just to mess with the person who took two spots. I don't do this kind of thing, but the point is, some people will purposely troll other people.

So I always park in 1 spot. I know too many people who have had something happen when they took 2. I just park away from the store/location/etc. and take a nice walk

I generally take 2...

But i also park as far away from the business/cars as possible.

If I'm in a crowded lot, I stick to one, but again- is far out as possible and with as many natural barriers as I can get close to.

I recently parked at a home improvement store way out in the lot against a curb and far away from other cars- 1 spot. I had an a$$ hole in a beat up pickup park so close to me, that I couldn't get in my driver door. He was litterally parked over the line, into my spot. No reason for that, just being a jerk.

U can't win.

Taking more than one is like doing a burnout in front of a LEO. Bound to get you in trouble.
I park out in the pasture, one time I came out out of the "adult beverage" store to find a Z06 parked 2 spaces further out. Like minds?

Exactly why I never understood the point of taking up two spots.

I guess I don't understand the logic behind "I can use two spots because i'm parked far away". If you're parked far away, where no one parks, why can't you use one spot?

I'll admit, it never really fails. When I park far away in one spot. Someone ALWAYS parks next to me and its usually a piece of shit. Maybe I SHOULD try the two spot.
